These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Amplify CRM website and services provided by GOamplify. By using our site or services, you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

You agree to use Amplify CRM lawfully and not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it other than through the interfaces we provide.

Accounts & billing

Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up. Payments are processed by Stripe. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Service availability

Amplify CRM is delivered on the GoHighLevel platform. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may update or change features over time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Amplify CRM and GOamplify are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
